A deposit of 10 EUR must be paid by credit card upon arrival to cover possible damages. Failure to pay this deposit will result in the inability to check in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out. The deposit will be refunded once the condition of the accommodation has been checked.

Luggage storage is available for 12 hours for an additional fee of 2.50 EUR. This service is only available to guests.

Towels and blankets are not included in shared rooms. However, guests can bring their own or rent them.

Minors under 18 years of age cannot stay in shared rooms. Guests of this age must book a private room.

The credit card used for the reservation must be in the name of the person staying at the property. The property will charge the credit card directly after booking. If an error occurs, the property will inform the guest and cancel the reservation if they do not receive a response from them.

The age limit for shared rooms is 45 years old.

The hostel reserves the right of admission.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
