Great location
Be careful, it is not a room ENSUITE as mentioned on your bill, you have to share the bathroom-toilets with the owner and her guests
Decent room
Disappointed by the breakfast: we were given instant cappuccino (in Italy!) and a thermos flask
The following morning (we stayed 2 days), the cappuccino was missing and the flask was half full therefore the water was hardly lukewarm
The check-out was not 10.30am but 9am!!
Overall you have a strong feeling of sleeping in the owner's bedroom (while she sleeps on her couch)
